Shipping & Returns
Every effort is made to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt Monday thru Friday, pending availability. If merchandise is currently unavailable you will be notified and when we expect to be able to ship.
Please note that items ordered together may ship separately from different locations. You must include a complete street address in order to use Expedited Services (3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Service - Expedited Services are not available for PO Boxes). PO Box and APO/FPO addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail when possible.
Shipping costs are automatically generated by the selected carrier such as FedEx, UPS and are based on your location and weight of the package being shipped. Unfortunately, this shipping cost cannot be changed.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally to individual consumers due to the high cost associated with shipping & customs fees.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise at your expense within 30 days of purchase. Please include the name & email address of the person who placed the order along with the ORDER Number.
Upon receipt of your return, a prompt refund will be issued back to your original credit card provided at the time of purchase.
